Be sure you check out the Maurice Sendak art exhibit at the Julia Ideson Building through May 2nd! To celebrate this really cool event, we had a Wild Rumpus of our own at storytime today.
A naughty little boy named Max is sent to bed without his supper... But his room transforms and he sails away to the land of the wild things where he becomes their king!

| And finally, we made crowns so that we could be King or Queen of the Wild Things too, just like Max! |
